I come here all the time and let me tell you, the staff is so nice and their selection is just 🤌🏼. Dev, AJ, and that security guard with the eyepatch are all angels an this earth. I also came here one time because of a deal they had on their website and when I got there they honored it even though they didn’t have the deal anymore and that was just a really cool thing to do. Customer service is on point their morning deal is killer. Everyone should come here.

This is place is awesome. But Gotta say that the manager there has not been doing her job at all. The menu is #1 it's what brings the customers far n wide. She has not updated nor fixed (✌🏾supposedly✌🏾) this issue way more than a month Now. It makes me feel they dont want me there. I order online, call to confirm, they say they got it, i get there they say sorry we dont have it. Instead of making the customer happy (customer is always right moto by the way) its like they don't want me there obviously they say there out of orders (ALL THE TIME) and send me home sad not satisfied. I drive from upper county every 2 weeks. I spend thousands there and always tip very well. So many many people tell me to aviod cookies La Mesa.. why? I went there Day one. I love that place. But alas. The rumors are true. Don't go here unless your ready to get your heart broken. More times they won't have your order unless you tell them to physically check. Not to mention they send you home empty handed and disappointed.At Mission valley they treat you nice. Menu is always correct and Correct. They Listen to your needs at mission valley, treat you with respect, not to mention the atmosphere you can feel the good vibes here... La Mesa it's like they are sad. Well I see why. Manager I can see you Employees are not happy with you. Time for a career change manager lady.Mr Berner.you need to come back to LA Mesa Fire the manager there hire someone that can get the ball rolling. Not to mention someone that can teach them that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1. Employees that work there are awesom. I have nothing bad to say about the La Mesa Employees.Noodles awesome.Tall Thick Gurl that work there with the curly hair. She treated me Very very very nice and with much respect. Made me feel at home there at La Mesa.Good customer service, nice people work there. The manager lady there with the MC Hammer Hair Cut.... people say she's cool..... I don't see it. She even rudely shut a employee up infront of me not letting him speak his mind and or opinion. Like she's king there( Hush minion she was like) sorry that don't fly with meManager Lady I spend thousands a month And tip very well. That menu website should be your number one priority. it's what brings people to your store all over. Get the menu and orders correct so I don't keep wasting my time and gas going there.Thank You

Alana was helpful, nice, and definitely a part the reason why I come here. Love the energy and ambiance, the selection, and the staff. This place has an amazing team and she’s a great representation of what I’ve come to expect from the brand. Not every location is like this one, so clean and warming, well-informed and well-stocked. Raoul was helpful energetic gave me good information and practiced great customer service. I was approached by Anthony aka 'Noodles' and he was delighted to help me out. He seemed to understand the products being offered very well and was able to expand on some differences among various kinds similar products. He also provided me with several possible products to consider for my specific concerns. Anthony was also patient and made the vibe feel welcoming.

Ran in to cookies today as they had a 60$ Oz. Nick seen I was looking but didn't quite see what I wanted. I mentioned the deal and even though it wasn't the actual brand I intended to get I was happy he made the suggestion. The online review for the brand I was going for said it was dry but decent. Nick pulled up a stizzy Oz and I couldn't say no! The buds inside felt nice and squishy definitely not dry! The smell of the buds once I opened the pack at home was absolutely delicious and citrus!Thanks for putting the good good in my hands today Nick! Appreciate you!
